Receive money on your bank card without any written applications and documents.
REQUIREMENTS OF RETURN
According to the legislation of Ukraine, refunds for tickets to entertainment events are made by the organizer and only in case of cancellation of the event.
Ukrticket make refunds if the organizer has provided the appropriate order, as well as the required amount of money.
PROCEDURE FOR RETURN
The client addresses Ukrticket with a request through the personal account by following the link. To get the refund you need to:
- Choose an order you want to cancel in "My tickets" section;
- In the upper right corner click on three dots and select "Return Tickets."
The profile is created automatically, authorization takes place at the e-mail address that was specified when placing the order. If you have forgotten your password, use the "Forgot your password?" form.
If the order is paid by card on the site, the funds are returned to it automatically. Funds for orders paid in cash at the ticket office or courier are also returned to the client's card account - follow the prompts in the personal account.
RULES OF ACCOUNTING
- The return of the fee for Ukrticket services and the cost of additional services (including delivery costs) is not carried out.
- Refunds are made exclusively in non-cash form on a card account within 3 banking days from the date of cancellation of the order.
- Partial return of tickets from the order is not carried out.
- Only the buyer whose data is indicated in the order can contact the return of the funds.
Please pay attention to: Ukrticket does not refund cash in ticket offices. Return is made only by a non-cash transfer to the card account of the buyer.
